CleanHealth assists K-12 and higher education institutions with facility management procedures focused on environmental hazards. We specialize in indoor air quality management and providing recommendations to increase filtration and ventilation to create a health learning environment for students. CleanHealth is also an expert in regulatory compliance when asbestos, lead-based paint, or mold is suspected to present on campus.  CleanHealth can also assist with child representative notification and development of an Asbestos Management Plan to comply with EPA AHERA regulations.  

 

Manufacturing/Distribution

CleanHealth has worked with manufacturers and distributors in several targeted industries to complete workplace exposure assessments to ensure safe environment for workers, as well as environmental sampling for 3rd party verification of OSHA regulation compliance or compliance reporting for insurance policies. CleanHealth President, Shari Solomon, Esq. CIEC, has years of experience testifying to the standard of care within the residential property management's response to mold assessment and remediation. CleanHealth can survey properties, review documentation, and provide deposition in order to determine cause, origin, and accountability. Federal, state, and local regulations, in addition to industry required standards are reviewed to provide expert testimony and report of opinion.
